ACTIVITIES -2022-23

 RCC team visited International Trade Fair – organized by Durgapur Chamber of Commerce. President Shri Arun Bhartia, Shri Sarat Kanodia, Shri Baljeet Singh Bagga and Shri Chandan Kundu attended the above programme. Also accompanied by our Advisors Shri R.P. Khaitan, Shri A.K. Saraff, Shri B.K. Khaitan and Shri O.P. Bajoria.

Medical Check-up camp at RCC premises in association with The Mission Hospital, Durgapur.  Dr. Satyajit Bose, Managing Director and a team of Doctors with medical technician also present the camp.  More than 70 persons benefited from this camp.  

Vaccination camp at RCC premises with cooperation and support of Asansol Municipal Corporation 1^st 2^nd and Booster doze of Covishield  and Covaxin vaccine given to members.  

We have received “Bengal Excellent Award – 22 at the hands of Sri Avijit Ghatak, Deputy Mayor, AMC for our service towards society at Rabindra Bhawan, Asansol  

Blood Donation Camp organized by Mission Udaan in Association with  District Hospital, Asansol supported by Raniganj Chamber of Commerce.  Shri Tapas Banerjee, MLA & Chairman, ADDA was present the above programme.  

Distribution of Small denomination notes amounting Rs. 9 Lakhs (Rs. 20/- (New) & Rs. 10/-(old) amongst our members on first come first serve basis.  215 members exchanged their notes.  

An administrative review meeting chaired by Ms. Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal at the Srijani Hall, Durgapur.  President Sri Arun Bhartia, Chairman Sri Pradeep Bajoria and Advisor Sri R.P. Khaitan attended the above meeting. Sri Bhartia raised the issues of parking space at Raniganj bazaar. Hon’ble CM & Sri Moloy Ghatak, MIC PWD have agreed to convert the PWD land located adjacent to Raniganj P.O. into parking area for vehicles.

Doctors Day and Chartered Accountant Day  were observed at the RCC premises and RCC felicitated them.  

Members of Raniganj Chamber of Commerce paid  tribute to our Chief Advisor and Founder late Govind Ram Ji Khaitan on his Death Anniversary.

Shri Nimish Chaitalia, Regional Head (Optical Dept) DISHA Eye Hospital, Kolkata visited RCC with Mr. Tabrej Khan, Representative of DISHA, Raniganj at our premises.

Booster Doze Vaccination camp at our premises with the cooperation of Govt. of West Bengal, CMOH Asansol and BMOH, Raniganj. More than 370 members benefitted from this camp.

RCC in association with Bengal Aerotropolis held an Interactive  meeting on the Business Opportunities at BAPL.

Medical check-up camp with MRSH, Raniganj and distribution of Wheel Chairs at Chamber premises was held.

Blood donation camp was held in association with Prayas Foundation at RCC. 36 Persons donated blood

Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Shatrughan Sinha visited our Chamber to inaugurate a Blood Donation Camp and also participatged in the Free Ration Distribution ceremony being hold jointly with Marwari Relief Society Hospital.

The Official of WBSEDCL visited RCC for resolving the grievances being faced by the  electric consumers of our area.  Also farewell to DE and SM Shri Kashi Nath Chakraborty after his dedicated service at Raniganj

RCC organized a meeting on Safety and Security of Businessmen and their shop in association with Raniganj Jewellers Association at RCC premises.  ACP (Central) & I.C. Raniganj PS addressed the meeting.

61^st AGM of Raniganj Chamber of Commerce at RCC meeting hall on 22/09/2022.  More than 200 members present the AGM.

A Seminar on Stress Management and introduction to NEP (New Education Policy) was held in Association with Pearson India at our premises. Dr. Susmita Banerjea, Renowned Educationist present was as Chief Guest and Principals and teachers of our area participated in the above seminar.

RCC organized “Shree Durga Marble” Drinking Water Hut during Durga Puja at Solona Durga Puja Prangan, Dalpati More, Raniganj.

UCO Bank organized a Bankers Meet cum Interactive Session at the RCC premises for our members and customers.

RCC organized a Workshop on “Implementation of AI-Coding & Robotics in Schools”  in collaboration with Edusoft IT(S) Pvt. Ltd. at our premises.

A Free Medical Camp conducted by Dr. Arupananda Paul (Ortho) in association with RCC. More than 70 patients were checked and tested at this camp.

Raniganj Chamber of Commerce arranged a Bankers’ and Customers Interactive Meet at the meeting hall of RCC

Ceremony to confer Banglar Gaurav Samman  to Shri Prahlad Agarwal & Shilpanchal Gaurav Samman -2022 to Shri Bimal Patwari, of this chamber at the premises of Raniganj Chamber of Commerce.Shri Tapas Banerjee, Shri Amarnath Chatterjee, Dr. Prem Kumar Agarwal and Swami Somatmananda Ji Maharaj were present at this ceremony.

Cytech Cancer Hospital, Bengaluru organized a Cancer Awareness talk in Association with RCC at RCC premises.  Dr. Surendra Reddy delivered the seminar.

Inauguration of RCC Ladies wing and celebration of Women’s Day – at RCC premises. Mrs. Suchismita Upadhyay, and others dignitaries were present in the programme.  Super Women Awards to Women Entrepreneurs were given.

Metrological (Weights & Measures) camp was held where more than 500 traders benefited from calibration and certification.
